Why does my monitor keep going blank?

Some models ship with a built-in hardware screen saver. The default setting is for the screen saver is 5 seconds. Use the on-screen display to set the screen saver to 0 seconds (off).

The keyboard commands are not working, what now?

Be sure that you are pressing and releasing each key in sequence and not simultaneously. Be sure that you are not pausing more than 2 seconds between each keypress. Be sure that you are not using the numpad for numerical input.

Will the UltraView save my custom settings when I remove the power supply?

Yes. Be sure to use the Keep command (ctrl, k). This will save all your settings into non-volitile memory which will allow you to completely disconnect your ServeView from all power sources, yet maintain your settings.

How do I connect a USB computer to my UltraView?
