The Daxten VoyagerTouch enables you to extend the Touchscreen from your computer up to 60, 125 or 300 m (1000 ft) over a single Cat.5 cable, without loss of signal. Perfect for POS systems, training, kiosks, restaurants, estate agents, executive information systems, shopping centres. Your computers can now be located in secure areas, yet allowing users access to the information with you in total control of the computers, from your server room/office.
Basic Concepts
The VoyagerTouch Extender is compact, yet powerful, thus ensuring highest quality video and saving valuable space. Using standard structured cabling (Cat.5 UTP), installation costs can be significantly reduced, as many buildings have structured cabling already in place.

How it Works
The unit consists of a compact Transmitter and Receiver box. Simply connect the VGA and serial cables from the local unit (Transmitter) to the computer, at the other end plug your touchscreen into the Remote unit (Receiver), connect the two units using structured cabling (Cat.5); a keyboard and mouse can be connected directly into the PC for management purposes. No software to install, no cards, simple plug and play operation.
