Hardware based Network Management system
The CommandCenter NOC - CCNOC - combines a network, system and inventory management on a single platform. The appliance integrates network and systems management, traffic analysis, vulnerability scanning, intrusion detection, asset management and reporting. The CCNOC guards the network against outages, degradation, performance slowdowns, security weaknesses and incoming attacks and keeps your IT infrastructure under constant scrutiny.
Remote access monitoring
If a device has a malfunction the alarm is sent via a direct link to the administrator who has direct access to the device over a Dominion KVM Switch or Console Server and the CommandCenter Secure Gateway, even when the operating system has failed or the power supply has to be rebooted. Hyper-Access enables fast, direct access to the incident description and means of repair, all in a single screen with a single sign-on.

- To control an IDS false alarm the IDS has a signature profiler that allows the administrator to tailor the IDS to the environment, thereby vastly reducing false alarms. This can even be done at the signature level.
