SwitchView Multiplattform kvm switch
Avocent's SwitchView MP KVM switch controls two or four attached computers from a single keyboard, monitor and mouse. Convenient LEDs indicate which computer you are controlling. The SwitchView MP is an ideally designed KVM switch for a multi platform environment: SwitchView MP saves you for the trouble of adapters and converters, as SwitchView MP allows direct connection to PC's, Sun machines or Mac with USB plug.
How does it work?
The servers can be selected directly from the switch or using keyboard shortcuts. Furthermore, it is possible to scan all servers automatically. SwitchView MP is equiped with LED on the front, which show the status and connectivity of the servers.
Compatibility
SwitchView MP is compatible with most operating systems and can be used with DOS, Novell Netware, Windows and OSX. SwitchView MP Supports the following resolutions: VGA, SVGA (XGA, XGA-II with adaptor) and the following keyboards: PS/2, SUN Type 5 and Type 6, Mouse: PS/2, Microsoft IntelliMouse (only PS/2), Microsoft Explorer Mouse, IBM Scrollpoint, Logitech Mouseman Wheel, Logitech Trackman Marble Wheel.
