Raritan Dominion KX101
Single Server Kvm over IP
The Dominion KX101 gives the administrator total contol over 1 server. Raritans dongle (adpater) PS/2 or USB is simply connected to the server and features complete CommandCenter integration, allowing enterprise users to consolidate all Dominion devices into a single logical system, with a single IP address and single management interface.
How it works
The single-port kvm switch with its own IP address eliminates the blocking factor inherent in switched KVM architectures. The Dominion KX101 provides always-available, BIOS-level control of a single PS/2 or USB server, via a dedicated IP address, from every popular Web browser.
Features
- BIOS-level access via a standard browser
- Virtual KVM Desktop creates a user experience virtually indistinguishable from an "at-the-rack" connection
- Supports PS/2 and USB and works with all of the popular web browsers running on most major operating systems
- PC Share mode lets up to eight users remotely access the same server for collaborative troubleshooting
- Palm-sized and highly portable, Dominion KX101 can be mounted vertically or horizontally on the side of a rack, affixed to any convenient surface with VelcroŽ or simply hung from the back of the target device by its cable. In addition, its Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) capability can eliminate the need for a separate power supply and cabling
- Plug-and-play appliance is easily installed; up and running in minutes
- Serial admin console port allows local configuration, diagnostics and resetting factory defaults
- Work stand-alone or under the control of Raritan's CommandCenter Secure
